Our Team
Managing Director: Asanda Ludidi
Asanda is a mining engineer who holds Mine Managers Certificate for Fiery Mines, Blasting Certificate for Fiery Mines and Scheduled Mines. She obtained her B-Tech degree from the University Of Johannesburg and MBA from North West University Potchefstroom. Asanda has held positions at Sasol Mining, Murray and Roberts Cementation including that of a legally appointed Mine Manager, Business Improvement Manager and Head of Safety Health and Environment. She achieved great skills and knowledge of general mine management, mine planning, project management, contractor management, safety and business improvement for underground mines.
Managing Director: Charles Mathaba
Charles Mathaba is a Mining Engineer who holds Mine Manager and Mine Overseer Certificate of Competency for scheduled mines. Charles holds a Mining Engineering B-Tech degree from University of Johannesburg. He has more than 16 years of mining and underground construction experience in gold, platinum, copper and coal mines. Charles is trained and certified in Theory of Constraint fundamental systems thinking and believes in continuous improvement.
